ABOUT OUR MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOL
We are a club dedicated to the martial art of Gao Can Mun Nam Pai Chuan, a kung fu system which has evolved from the Shaolin monasteries in China. Today, our system is taught and practiced at several locations in the UK and overseas, including the Manchester area.
The system is taught through a structured syllabus of traditional and modern elements, including sparring, traditional forms (one-man and two-man), weapons, chi gung and a series of combat/self defence sequences. Our approach to training not only promotes physical strength and endurance, but also requires sustained mental development, so that a student's practical skill is well rooted in a firm understanding of the system's philosophy.
We are registered with the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts (BCCMA), the controlling body for chinese martial arts in the UK. Through the BCCMA we provide comprehensive insurance cover for all our students and instructors.

GRADING
Our system has a structured syllabus, and belt coloured grading system. Gradings give students the opportunity to demonstrate their syllabus and technical understanding, in order to progress to the next grade. It is essential all students practice in their own time to perfect their techniques.
PRICES
Class Fee
£8.00 (£6.00 students) per class.​
Regular students may set up a monthly standing order for £28.00 (£20.00 students).

Annual Insurance
Practicing Kung Fu requires insurance. New students may train under a disclaimer for three classes before deciding whether to obtain insurance and continue training. Insurance is £35 (£30 student) per annum.
